1. Basic Modular Home Building Program
This program is ideal for homeowners, home builders, and land developers who want to finish their own home and $AVE.  The Basic program includes: design plans, state-approved blue prints, the modular building, taxes, transportation to your lot, crane and operator, and an experienced set-crew to secure your new home onto its foundation and make the home weather - tight. 

2. Turn – Key Program
With our Turn – Key Program we handle the entire modular home building  rocess including permitting, construction and obtaining the certificate of occupancy for your newly finished modular home.  Choose from one of our many standard designs including ranches, raised ranches, capes, colonials, split levels, two stories, high-design models, multi-families, and commercial buildings.
